How do I make a purchase?
Once you've made your product selection, simply click the "Add to Bag" button to place it in your shopping bag. Feel free to continue browsing and adding more items to your bag. To review your chosen items, just click on the "Bag" icon located at the top right corner of your desktop screen.

If you're satisfied with your selections, take advantage of any available reward points, coupons, or gift cards you may have. When you're ready to proceed, click the "Checkout" button. If you're a registered user, you can either enter or choose your shipping and billing addresses, or if you're not registered, you can complete your purchase as a Guest user by providing the necessary information on the Checkout page.

Don't forget to include any specific delivery or gifting instructions and a personal message if needed. Next, select your preferred payment method and then click "Place My Order" to finalize your purchase.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No. You do not have to set up an account to place an order. You can opt to complete your purchase of items as a Guest user. Just follow the same steps as above to place an order.

How should I know the products you sell are authentic?
As SAR’s official online store, we guarantee the authenticity of every item sold by us. All items sold on this website are delivered in signature SAR’s packaging.

Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display the colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than the image displayed on the site.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘out of stock’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. 

Can I re-order an item that is sold out on the website?
If the product you wish to purchase is out of stock, please email sarjewels.in@gmail.com to find out if there is a backorder for that item.

What payment methods does SAR accept?
We accept payments via UPI, credit, debit cards, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery. 

Does SAR ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, we request you place separate orders for each address.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

Can I add items to an existing order?
You may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched it. If we have already dispatched your package, you will need to make a new order. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount. For more information, please write to us at sarjewels.in@gmail.com

Is my package insured?
All items from SAR are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Availability of gift packaging?
We have SAR branded organic cotton pouches / good quality cardboard boxes which we use for delivering the orders.

There are certain wooden boxes which may be used for gift packaging. Please contact our helpline to confirm the price and availability of suitability of the box.

Who will deliver my order?
Within India, we ship through recognized courier companies such as Shiprocket.

Shipping days
Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries. However, if you need to get an order delivered on a specific day, please reach out to our helpline, and we will try to accommodate this request. However, since we use 3rd party logistics providers, we cannot provide any commitment on such requests.
